Private video confessional app

Say it out loud. Keep it to yourself.

Confessional Vault is a secure video diary on your phone. Open the app, talk to the camera, and keep every clip locked away for your eyes only.

  • That argument you keep replaying in your head.
  • The crush you do not want in the group chat.
  • The decision you need to practice saying out loud on video.

We’ll keep it light. A few updates, and your beta invite when it’s ready.

11:47 pmCannot sleep

“I keep thinking I messed everything up.”

Recorded as a private video confession, set to auto-delete in 24 hours.

7:06 amBig decision

“I think it is time to leave this job. I needed to say it out loud somewhere first.”

Saved as a short video entry, locked behind Face ID.

3:18 pmUnsent text

“I keep writing and deleting this message. It is easier to record it here first.”

Stored in a think it through folder until they are ready to act.

People use Confessional Vault as their private video diary.

Confessional Vault is a simple way to record short videos when your head feels crowded. You vent to the camera, mark how long the clip should live, then get on with your day while the app keeps it safe.

The overthinker

Spirals at two in the morning, rehearses arguments in the shower, knows every worst case. Opens the app and records a quick video confession instead of scrolling another hour.

Most clips auto-delete after 24 hours.

The bottler

Does not want to dump on friends, still needs somewhere to put the feelings. Uses Confessional Vault as a private video confessional before real talks with real people.

Records short practice runs before hard conversations.

The rememberer

Wants an honest record of big moments. Films quick reaction videos after breakups, job offers, and small wins so future them can see how it really felt.

Keeps some videos forever, lets others expire on a timer.

How Confessional Vault works

  1. 1

    Hit record

Open the app, tap the confessional video button, and talk to your camera or your mic. Speak freely, knowing this video is just for you.

  2. 2

    Choose its destiny

Save the video or set an auto delete timer. Pick 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days and decide how long that moment should sit in your vault.

  3. 3

    Lock it away

Every clip stays behind your phone lock. There is no public page and nothing for other people to browse.

  4. 4

    Rewatch or let it go

Come back to the video when you need to remember what you were feeling, or let the timer clear it out so you do not have to.

Privacy is not an add on. It is the promise.

  • Locked behind Face ID or PIN. Only you can open your video vault on your device.
  • Your videos stay your videos. No ad network, no recommendation feed, no selling or training on your confessions.
  • You set the lifespan. Keep video entries as long as you like, or let timers clean them out on their own.

Confessional Vault is a private video journal for your inner monologue. We will publish a clear, plain language privacy policy before launch so you can see exactly how we handle your account and your data.

Questions you probably have

Is this really private?

Confessional Vault is being built as a private video vault, not a social network. Your entries are locked behind your device security. We will not sell your content or use your clips for ads.

Do you see or listen to my confessions?

No. Your video entries are for you. During early testing we may ask some people to share feedback about how the app feels to use, but not about the content of their recordings.

What happens when I set an auto delete timer?

When you choose an auto delete option, the app removes that video from your vault after the window you picked. You can always delete it sooner with one tap.

Is this therapy?

Confessional Vault is an emotional safety valve and a private video diary. It does not replace a therapist, counselor, or doctor. If you are in crisis or thinking about self harm, please reach out to a professional or local emergency services.

Want a private place to say the thing?

If you want a quiet, honest video confessional that lives on your phone instead of the timeline, drop your email and we will invite you to the beta.

You’ll only hear from us when we have real news.
